Cawley Partners and Rosewood Property Company to Develop New Office Park at Heritage Creekside


PLANO, TX – Cawley Partners and Rosewood Property Company today announced plans to develop four Class A office buildings, totaling 1 million square feet, at Heritage Creekside in Plano.

Heritage Creekside, developed by Rosewood Property Company, is a 156-acre mixed-use development near the intersection of Central Expressway and President George Bush Turnpike in central Plano.  The development includes The Bridge at Heritage Creekside apartment homes, single family residences by CB JENI and CambridgeHomes, Flying Fish and Rodeo Goat Icehouse restaurants, and Orangetheory Fitness.  Green Brick Partners is currently developing 95 attached single family and 18 detached single family homesites. 

The newly announced Cawley Partners office project will be developed in phases and include the four office buildings, a central courtyard with additional eateries, and an amenity hub to Heritage Creekside.

Phase One of the Cawley Partners office development project will include the first 6-story, 250,000 square foot office building with a fitness center, conference center, rooftop deck, and 4:1000 structured parking.
